okay we’re going call this um East town of East Adam Cemetery committeemeeting um for noum today 6 January 16 2025 toorder boy we have to go back to minutes all the way back to November yes we didn’t eight in December ahokay so we need to cheack on thoseminutes make a motion to adopt is presented asecond read them you didn’t read oh I sent them electronically I read theone here’s attorney she made it the minutestable if youwant any additions orcorrections to accept I we have a motion second wealready have that yeah we have those just need a vote I’m allin the only Communications I had was we did in December the 2025 schedule ifanyone wants to change a date of something that has a conflict let us know I just kept it the same as we hadthis year the third Thursdaythose you have the dates play out so nothing else underCommunications um I have a couple I have an update forThree Bridges but it’s communication but it belongs under three Bridges so we’llwait on that okay I don’t see a problem but ifsomething comes up you know be here I probably won’t be here for theMay oneokay we need a motion to accept them the dates no we I just I filed it inNovember to get it to the clerk so that she could get the schedule in so if youknow if we need to cancel a meeting and reschedule one in between it just becomes a special meeting it’s not butit’s an possible thing to do um for root trust which is next um EastHam scholarship is impacted by the root trust and we have been paid out so I’m suspecting first church has been paidout I’m suspecting that um that is now closed thing that it impacts for here sothe secetary commission was or the town was in paid off for the Senate the townwas being passed through for the um what’s the name of the cemeterbason hill I think is what it’s called yeah um they were the money from the root trust was being sent to the town ofEast hatam and the town of East hatam was forwarding it to Basin Hill so the town is now out of anything to do withthe root trust and okay um the small cemeteries that were part of that trust have been paid out um with a one timestien or I don’t know what even you want to call it and there will no longer be those annual annuities that have beencoming yeah and Terry L is about has taken over Le Cemetery so the court must havebeen satisfied with how that worked out for Bas H so that was the end where is thatsary um it’s off of Powerhouse Road up on the hill we’re looking the okaySalmon Riververy small where did that money um get put then Cherryuh money’s the money went to her and she is responsible foroverseeing it’s use what’s her lastname the Adelaide route had left money back in the 1970s when she passed awayto a lot of organizations in town and they were you know for example East hotam scholarshipreceiv received $300 a year I think First Church got $25 a year well thecemetery yes the churches that’s quite a bit okay um another another Cemetery wasgetting $10 a year and that was M they just decided at that point thatkeeping up this trust for those little amounts was crazy so they bason Hill wasgetting quite a bit more than the rest because that’s where I think there was 5,000 over$5,000 yeah because they had asked the BFW if we wanted to yeah I think theywere getting $300 annually and with this payout I think they were getting $5,000is a payout which dissolves the trust takes that away and puts thatmoney Adela Roots family she was a right SP BASso any questions on the financing would go to Terry Hood I just wanted to say that thatmatter is closed and I would probably remove it from the agenda for futuremeetings and we have veterans update next if youwould like to go down yeah um I mentioned at the last meeting we hadabout 57 man hours in this year on uh Town cemeteries and we did 43 more sowe’re a little over 600 weather hit us um over in basan so you know we had tostop doing what we were doing um we’re about 80% through withthat Cemetery uh and in well in hopes offinding a place this winter that we could work inside repairing Stones we’vegot 13 Stones above ground waiting for uhepoxy you know being able to epoxy them but we can’t do it outside in thisweather you need a heated building yeah okay um I did mention it to the firstselect woman if there’s anything any place you think we might be able to use I I need a spot about as big as thistable is all I need but it would get ahead as far as what we’re doing we we’dbe able to have all those stones ready to put in the ground in the spring and my problem is because I don’thave a lot of help doing the epoxying it takes a lot more time to do that than it does to straighten stones and the crewis just always way ahead of me and taking more more broken stones out of the ground and I can’t keep ahead of itso I was hoping to uh get a jump on it by finding a place I could uh use this winter to do that but I don’t know youknow I I told her I said if uh I realize maybe there’s concerns about liabilityI’m not a town employee you know if the town had a spot where I could do it you know isthat feasible or not I don’t know so she was going to get back to me I just talked to her a couple daysago um so we’ll see on that couple of businesses might be interested soGoodwill couple of the businesses umuh I don’t know I haven’t pursued that I figured try to First yeah it’sTown Stones you know I I thought maybe the town might the the heating that you need done does it have to be over like60° 55° 80° what do we have to leave the building 6 60 60 is fine yeah yeah andyou know kind of continuous is good to have them pure I I would want him to stay insidefor a few days and everything um but uh so I don’t know that’s in the worksum Don was there any odor when you do that workum no if there is it’s just very verylittle because um I mean I’ve done it mainly outsidebut no there really isn’t uh I use alcohol the denatured alcohol forcleaning up that’s the only smell I can recall Ithink that’sum be making a little bit of dust we like to clean the stones and that so you know it should be a work area itshouldn’t be you know inside a finished building or anything but you know aworkshop or garage that’s heated would beperfect and you know we don’t charge for that so I don’t know how to put a figure on itbut I’d be doing a lot of you know a lot of work that that uh we’re not payingfor so hopefully somehow we’ll get a place to dothat um the other thing is last time we met Imentioned about those trees in Bas uh it was recommended that I talkedto the first selectman and Don Ang grola about it I did had a meeting with themout at the cemetery showed them the trees um and the advice I got was welltalk to Todd uh gston Board of finance and uh you know explain tohim um the neglect that there is in that cemetery and you know take it from thereso I I met him out there we spent an hour out there and he was was pretty impressed with what the cemetery lookedlike and uh I think what I accomplished was now maybe when he gets a number infront of him he can you know picture that actual Cemetery it’s not justtaking a number and cutting it in half or something it’s you know here’s work that really should be done if we havethe money for it but I haven’t heard anything on that so I’m not uh who’ssubmitting the amount to the board of finance that I think that would that would trueum yeah so we had a meeting with Todd about you know worst case scenario onall the cemeteries if you know obviously ban has a couple of cemeteries once uhThree Bridges actually comes to the town yeah that’s going to need a lot ofspecialized work because of getting in and out and and just the sheer amount ofright you know where we went out and looked with a the tree company and there was about 35 to 40 trees that probablyshould come down if you go over they’re leaning over they’re dead and and justin that time we’ve had a tree come down into the cemetery that didn’t really hit any stones or anything but it it’s umyou know that was a living tree that fell down not not one of the Dead ones you know but it’s which cemetery wasthat Three Bridges Three Bridges mhm everything tends to you know go into theopening with a is and that’s what’s happening there and the dead ones did that or the live ones did that and theydied MH and to be honest we’re not going to work in that Cemetery until the tree work is done because I think it’s it’sdangerous those things could come down any time there’s not even bark on them I mean they’re standing dead trees they’renot just dying um so that one just Conant then youwould just constitute an omation I guess at this point forense or that’s what so we we looked over we had the meetingwith Todd and Todd said well he says uh if there is aclear you know present you know what’s the extent of what you know what getstaken down what doesn’t get taken down how do we determine what does and stuff and and basic thing was okay you uh lastyear’s budget for the cemeteries for all of our work was 10 put in for 10,000 itgot cut to 5,000 says well you know put in for 10,000 again or or 20,000 butwhen we cut it remind us why you needed that M you it was basically the come tothe you know um Finance whatever round table when they do all the thing and youlook so they weren’t willing to put money out of their contingency they said it would have tobe a you know an emergency you know like a if it comes up to that you know sothey don’t consider it health safety and Welfare because the people the inhabitants havedown I know I I miss okay Ifollow thank youdon’t i’ likeum you know I’d like to think there’s other places where money could be gotten from um I’d like to at somepoint maybe have to do a fundraiser we seem to have good luck withuh raising funds for so far for semetary buSt but I mean I think it should fall in the town on industry the town’s got alot of things you have to spend money um but uh at some point this should be a priority this it isnot all of them most of them are neglected and that’s the state term forit but um I’m using it in a different way Ithink it’s a shame that uh I can’t get things donelike that yeah they’ve been neglected for so long and now we’re just trying to get back into it to the initial expense whatwe’re experience get a handle on it then it’spretty hopefully mowing at that point I I have an idea on thefing you know lots of people come here to go to Old cemeteries to look fortheir ancestors somebody’s roaming around of the cemeter tree falls on themwe see it all the time I mean we see people in there all the time they’re in and out um walking theirdog but um that too A lot of people like to take walkswith um the other thing that is me mentioned in thatgrant that uh you know that Grant if if they get awarded $5,000 it’s going to golike that the work that needs to be done um the state even says that you know youshould have fenes around we identified the need for a fence Cemetery but we didour survey we walk around and putthat the side straight down that was exactlywhere so we’re we’re jumping ahead um becauseitem number nine is neglected Cemetery Grant um I think it’s nine I don’tknow um and we have we’re throwing out a whole bunch of ideas um what we can talkto so we’ve got to find you a place to work I have an idea we talkabout um if the town doesn’t come up but let’s give the town so that see if Iback to I’ll see light of fire as well we have fre Bridges cemetery on theagenda um the town is moving forward with acquisition of that um when the waythat thus far with it everything has been verbal and the town is working on getting up and writing that the ownersare willing to convey the property to so that we have the actual stuff so thatthey can prare the deals and all that other stuff so that was the communication that I put underhere and then um under old business we have the mark philli Stone which isstill missing Spencer Stones which are now housed in thetown or something like that and are they still out back they’re in thebasement caer oh got it was it was a needof getting them to out of the garage for the winterseason and a way of getting them down there and just company is still rentingpart of the building down there and we couldn’t say nobody’s going to be you know it’s it’slocked up and you know here they’re locked up nobody goes down thereexcept so they’re in the basement of this building take a walk down after if you want to take a lookat he space down veteransy as as whenever we get some space and then oh well this person need and andI’m not saying that that’s not a good spot for them down there because is a wide open area but it seems that we getyou know an area cleaned out and something else comes in right you know the fire department youknow now they they they you know uh bring all the reads from all the thingsand that now they’re all store down there and the Stage Company needs a section because they got they used tokeep it in the old town Annex down there and now they got moved out of there so they gave them space down there Libraryneeds to get rid of tables and they end up that you know there’s a lotof you know you never know who uh was uh but you know you know once uh we talkwith Irene there we come up spotthere doesn’t involve stairs the the ramp from the the handicap ramp comesdown I think remember we go through the door go downstairs yeah no all the waydownwork and surveys was just on here his old business we put money in the budgetfor 2025 26 for that um and I said it’s in the November minut I forgetwhat the exact amount was and I sent it to the finance director because I neverget anything toare the budget um budget the starting cost we put inum $99,000 for a survey including soil samples and 4,000 for an appraisalAssociated put it um so that’s why that’s there so budget is kind of doneum we did that at that meeting but I haven’t heard anything but I’m going to keep it on until it’sestablished budget is passed and see what the court of Finance does with it and all that um and that brings usto say it’s submitt budget was submitt um but did searies Grant um this has tobe filed by February 13th um and we got a gazillion projects wecould ask for um the grant is for$5,000 I think your chances are better when you have matching funds we have$2,000 in our account we haven’t spent any money yet this year I’d like to pythat up to go as a matching fund with that um which would leverage it to$7,000 that could be spent Don mentioned the trees we mentioned thefence and I Know Carl would like to see the stone War prepared at WarnerCemetery so we we’ve got to narrow it down to theone you have a question on that so it says um you know due dat February 13thand then about s Lin further down it says February 7th um I’ll let it in bythe 7th then but I’m I thought that I read it was the 13th yeah well that’s what it says application due date butthen you go down further it says uh they probably copied it from last year’s which maybe was February 7 but I I don’tknow I’ll get it in enough time so that we don’t miss Technic that’s I just youknow didn’t know which one to pursue and the other one would be which regardlessI would need a quote for it to yeah and we actually have that in theworks for the trees at bash yeah yep I looked when I came in and I thinkingan email today but we did talk with the okay company about getting an actual ICU that was what I emailed him but like I said he never responds he does what I ask sometimes but he doesn’t let meknow who’s that new time and he follows up on what I ask him hejust doesn’t tell me so I don’t know where we’re at communication is key umyes for trees bation but if do you I remember you said you had an ideasomebody that was working over there for something else give for how much do you remember how much it wasum no they they finished that work yesterday but uh they were working nextdoor at Bill Rita’s house yeah so they they did that that’s done so there noadvantage to them being there right but I thought they gave you an yeah they gave a price I think it was um be it was4500 a day I think and he said it’ll be one or two days to do the whole Cemeteryyeah it was 9,000 for you know going around that was taking those twostanding dead Oaks that are like this taking them out completely and and then going around and uh taking out a fewsmaller ones that were leaning over and pruning all around the whole Cemetery anything that was leaning over into itbecause that was you know just one company we happen to have him uh billwas having him so we we asked him to get a quote on that so okay so think they need more than one quote so we wouldhave 5K Grant and 2K match so we’d have seven yeah there area lot of companies out there right now yeah so so we’d have seven you know that would be theamount you can Pony up I don’t know if the town has another source it could find and it’s I’m not sure what uh Ican’t speak to that so um but do we need a motion to submit a grant for treeremoval ination I’m not sure if we do or not probably should I think we shouldbecause what also is supposed to happen when you apply for a grant you’re supposed to go to the board of financeand tell them this is a grant you wish to apply for because back in the day other people have gone out and gottengrants and then there was a match to it the town has a pony up on it and didn’t know the C so they put in a request tothem so that would have to go in technically you’re supposed to have that before and I forwarded that informationto the town as well that said we wanted to apply for this GR so I’ll make a motion we apply forcemeteries grant for $5,000 supplemented by $2,000 match for freremov that you’re going to work in Warren Cemetery at the same timeum you just kind of had discussion that we just felt Trea was more important atthe moment sorryoff sorry my mother’s in the hospitalum throw in your discussion Carl before we well I was rather um surprised when Iread an article about the um uh what is it the antiquarian societyowns um Palmer Warner house um has been running umtours of the building and the grounds also having the tours go into thecemetery and of course they don’t own the cemetery the town does and theentrance to the cemetery still is you know fallen down State plusthere’s no railing for people ble to get up in and out of that um and if theyhave one of these events um and somebody does Fall and is injuredum technically the town is responsible because it’s TownCemetery I don’t think anybody has approached the power the pmer WarnerHouse people stating that if they want to do this in the future they’re going to have to get permission from the townto have a have a uh arear so considered public place so Imean I don’t think you can say oh you can’t you can’t use that right right if I go and I go to first if somebody ishurt yeah and there’s a lawsuit yeah the town will be liable because it’s a TownCemetery primmer Warner people have to know I think that if they’re going to dothat they’re going to have to expect accept responsibility for any viability thatshould happen when they’re touring thecemetery I think the differentially what the two are saying I think there’s adifference between Joe Joe Smith wants to stop into the thing and an organizedstructural even maybe perhaps pay them do they pay for these tours as far as Iknow they probably do they’re probably part of the the house tour that yeah wemight compel them not to do that if I mean they certainly could afford to payfor what needs to be done yeah they they could have the grandstaircase replac and the ring should we ask them to well I thinkI think the town has got to explain to them that you know you’re going to dothis kind of tour thing you’re going to have to accept responsibility if gettingin and out of the cemetery somebody get get should weire them to have ainsurance contact people would be at the palner cuz when you say the town should where’re the cemetery is that’s us it’sConnecticut landmarks I don’t know who the man is that’s remember his name uh Robert Brockis the EXA is it in the article Robert Robert passthat and do you want to dictate a letter that you want to go with them to go tohim that says the cemetery is notin well that’s also creating a liability issue if you problem yeah I don’t knowthat you never mind should we ask them for a Certificate of Insurance wheneverthey’re going to do that you know when I was a scout leader wewere doing rocket launches at the high school think your kids were there um andwe had to get a Certificate of Insurance to use the town Browns Cemetery might bethe same thing especially if they’re getting a paid tour yeah well it is it says that uh the season culminated in athought provoking event following death Cemetery walk and talkso this was a special individual event that they hadspecifically at our Cemetery so I would think we probablycould get a certificate of insurance we could we could write them and ask if they do this again like please get acertificate of insurance okay it’s kind of the same thing I have a right to go on school rounds but I was running anevent we check with Administration and make sure that’s appropriate and if sowe will convey it in a letter okay I think Bob casner might beon their board he’d know who to direct it to aswell we were in the process before that of having a motion in a second to pursuea grant for 5,000 with a $2,000 match for removal of trees at bentCemetery your motion on a second all in favorI so movedokay we did Warner Cemetery so we’ll do thatand audience of citizens you guys have you have anything else to add you’re kind of more I had a question on on whenyou’re in Old business you’re were talking about surveys I know you’re talking about uh Smith Road primarily Mbut I saw something written about any excess money maybe would go toward a future aerial survey of ayCemetery was that did I see that right or read that right um yeah we talkedabout there that there’s room for potential burials around the edge if they’re just cremations and thatwouldn’t need a full survey but just the Drone things so wecould so my question is if it’s going to cost money to do that why would we dothat when we have a 1980 survey state survey of that Cemetery showingeverypass I think it was for photography and depth and know WEA that we certainlydon’t have a c we’ve got a survey of ston topography you can useR they did four cemeteries back in 1980 anduh this is uh yeah this is a y and allthese this is if if you’re familiar with ale you come in the gate over here mhmthis whole area uh according to this survey uh is open most of it there’s youknow here’s a grave here there’s a few over in this area um but it it looks so accurate Idon’t understand how anything 45 years later would be more accurate if anything it would be less accurate this was donein 80 was this done by shepher Richard I think soyeah that’s an A2 surve yeah who’s theSt can you read the St well the town would have this on fire too youmust can you read The Sur we used it to identify veteransGraves but did he Mark Rich Z okay he didn’tmark any burials there did he did he probe the the whole property or noprobably not okay see he did dois and uh I know he’s still aliveright I know he’s up in Vermont yeah I don’t know whether you remember specifically on these I I wouldthink that would have to be probed again before we went in to use itwell I mean it I think either way at this point we’ve got so much to do with thecemeteries to bring them back into par that’s very unlikely that that would go any where at this pointbut what we were trying to do was to start establishing a fund of money goinginto it you could take this andic upda dig well you can take thisand the A2 and digitize it you lose the A2 quality but then you could lay itover Connecticut’s Topo and that’s accurate to 2 feet and I don’t say thethe new too pretty accurate like the old stuff yeah I know there are nogravestones in that area Yeah Yeah from what I remember was pretty open butthere was some rock yeah it’s very Rocky yeah so I mean that might be somethingthat we could do relatively cheaply um and then wewe T bre to see if where the rock is deep enoughthere’s a lot sticking out of the ground a lot of so one thing to mark it up into nicesqu go there and doit who had this juice or office officefour of them done at the time I guess I was talking to his son and hesaid to Scott and he said because of course his father had them out there and I and I believe he said they did doprobing and everything for but um he said they did all the cemeteries in townput it question might be that they have the money to pay for everything so they wereall done but not necessarily F filed because they didn’t pay for it yeah so Iwonder if they still have that I I don’t know I mean like I said he’s well hesaid he’s up in ver M I don’t think he’s in good health right now not at all who’s up there in hnow is an aerial survey um what is that compared to toan2 you can’t do a to just aerial nowadays but you do a lot with it but anA2 is accurate to one in 5,000 so if you do a mile you’re off by you can be offby a foot nowadays if you’re off by foot you should turn in your license um andit’s a so that’s a property survey and there’s a bunch of different types andlevels of surveys nowadays but an A2 is aable and property survey this is wherein this professional’s opinion this is where the property lies in the land on it yeah the t2 would be Topo surveyaccurate to 1 half the to one half thethe topographic interval so like 2 feet for I think it’s 90% of your Topolens so Ariel does a lot with you know it’s really good for picking upheadstones that type of stuff now we we drone all the time um and you can layout markers and then do a flight and then you have to do some ground survey tolocate those markers and stuff to do a survey but something that small youly inthe ground we’re doing that at Riverview Ariel they already did it now we have togo out and identify each Stone but that was also done 40 years ago on a not anA2 but I have a map of that Cemetery too and it’s every stone that they said isis there was there then uh you know which I’m sorry River View River Riv ohyeah that’s how we CU we went through all the cemeteries to find veterans and so you know I Ijust my whole issue here is I don’t want to see any money wasted that could go for tree work and fencing so right Imean that’s my motivation here but uh uh but another another question on or apoint about this um so 40 years ago they did this they found a stone they markedit if the name was on it they recorded the name on it it’s all on there 40 40 or 45 years 45 years laternow some of those stones aren’t even there anymore right so how are you going to get a better accurate well so this isa great historic map right and and for the purposes I was saying well let’s go see if there’s some space that workswe’re not looking to add on then this is a great historic map if we were to go ohI need to you know let’s add on to this Cemetery that’s a great historic map buta2s are good for 5 years and then they has to be upd recertified orwhatever so because property lines do change things happen people buildhouses not get to find any more Stones no exactly it’s a cemetery so it’s pretty static right so you know so againdo we you know if this is if we’re not looking to add property I would arguethat we don’t need a new A2 for this Cemetery that this is you know it hasn’tmoved right so it’s okay and you know we could go out and do a a visual survey ora much cheaper drone flight to locate all the um all the headstones I mean a drone flight’s not that expensive and uhthey can even just give you a picture you can again you’re spending money on something that’s already been done yeah that stone is still there yeah no butyeah first field check it but if there’s a whole bunch of problems it might be quicker just to to do it depends on the volunteer level like I go and do thatyou know but got enough people can do that every month or so maybe we go out to dinner you want to ask him if hemight have him I I can call him but yeah whatever I mean I don’t know if I’ll see him yeah I know he’s a neighbor of minebut yeah yeah yeah he waves when he goes by that’s about it you know what I mean he to running in that Millstone I wouldsay looking at this when this was done in 1980 he laid out all these usableGraves MH there must have been the town must have been interested at that timein using this space because he went through this whole process of markingout all of these Graves yeah that could be used um and it’s a considerable numberyeah it is those full Graves or those for no these are full Graves okay yeahisn’t there Rock there no there’s Rock everywhere no matter where you dig you’re going to runinto the Rocks well I think that’s why right like through here and over here that’s why you don’t see anything yeahand he was definitely setting out graves in this empty section there are Gravesum people buried it actually worked out pretty good down having those because when wewere over at Bashan Cemetery there and I was there was one stone that was kind ofkicked up to the side in those old uh in front there the old I say Town burials but oh yeah rightand and he goes well I got in the thing cuz I said I like here’s this piece of concrete here there’s a stone up thereon an angle that doesn’t follow the lines and somebody had moved it out of the way one time to get in and out ofthere with a vehicle and it it got kicked you know 15 ft away or whatever there on right on the right when you goin those that’s IND Indigent people from the town yeah and and so we looked upand we looked okay this should be so and so and that was the stone that was kicked up to the side but you were goingto put a cuz you we didn’t put it back cuz you hadyour vehicles and trailer and stuff in there and you were going to put a state there so nobody we we really shouldstate that off when you want to drive in that Cemetery you have a tendency wantto go Straight Ahead well there’s a stone right there and if you I have that map here too but if you look in the mapthe road goes in like this and when that stone was in place that’s why the road went like that now people just drivewaystraight into it because also a little flat piece of cement that that somebody must have kicked it out of the way ohprobably yeah Somebody went to get in there for something and and just moved it andthen one of the thing i’ like to p a point about howhow accurate that is or how things change from that um Burma brought in apicture one day we’re working there and she brought in a picture that she took from that she took for finding grave andit was a grave that was on the edge of the semetery she took the picture it was dated 25 years ago there and she’s likeI don’t know somebody must have taken that stone it’s not here anymore and what we did we went over and we probedit and sometime in the last 25 years that stone was broken off dropped in theground we found it 4 in under the dirt so that’s how quickly these thingsdisappear and you know it’s not the first one we found uh I don’t know a dozen that we’ve probed and found thestones and uh we’re able to resurrect them so but uh so things changed I don’tsee them survey showing more than it showed 40 years ago yeah the purposeproperty really it’s you know we’re talking about for adding that fence yeahyep what would you give as the best estimate for the type of fence that Imean should it just be like barked wire across cuz that’s what I think was there was there but Ian I don’tknow just thinking we should amend the budget that we said we wanted to submit to include funds for that I mean we doand I don’t know what deal with aot ch you know company that does gatesand fences for us it’s on theate big list we try toget I don’t know even therea all rail or something I think split railmight be more expensive it’s been real Handy for us yeah it means if you want to go cheapgo four foot and then you always expect black because split if the kids want to goover there throw a rope on a tree um split rails still don’t let themdo it but how many feet would you estimate that is you have the survey right there rightum the whole perimeter is about 600 ft so we need 600 ft of fencingwant an estimate yes $3,65013,000 okay what kind of fence would be a 4ot wooden fence and again that’s my estimate it’snot would you want a wooden fence cuz that would need maintenance right yeah I you know so you canprobably change that to a 4T vinyl fence which wouldn’t right like tracks orwhatever you call that stuff Stu and that would probably double the cost to $225,000 but it wouldn’tneed anything beyond that the reason I got that price that’sa fence in uh North Parker Hill Cemetery and killing where that was put on a fewyears ago so wait we’re talking we’re talking St up on the hill so why whydon’t we I mean if we wanted to do that we really need to put that all the way around the whole Cemetery does that havefront fa so when you’re driving in you see the nice one but when you’re out by the lake nobody sees the fence and infact if we did a black final chandling nobody’s going to see the fence into their background but butyou’re secure but I would I recommending like that for the public facingside do you guys want to make a motion our budget to include funding thatfac that’s it’s got to get brought so we can askagain the East Side a 4ot chain link fence would work on the east side put inand then and make it black black vinyl nobody sees get a couplethat’s later on do the rest don’t do part of the problem the reason I justdid this because was set on the old post and that’s what you’ve got there you’vegot around of the cemetery every 7000 there’s Granite posts about 4THigh Granite posts up there they’re all drilled out already for the old was theremnants of the fence you can see a little bit of rotten wood still we can certainly bring it totheir so that’s all that’s yeah no you know in a in a a more perfectworld it’s a very nice fence we just don’t have that kind of money well it’s a couple years since we did the otherpoint you know with all the trees in there we’ve got to get the trees down before you put the fence up so yeahright um and I don’t know that the $7,000 is going to take outenough mhm well we’re doing audience it’s a slow awfulprocess well maybe we could do the trees the year and the fence next year do thetrees with this and use different budgeted money for thefence all stuff to put together or like I was saying earlierlike like just you you once you take over Three Bridges Cemetery there youmight come up with 15 to $20,000 worth of tree work to get it to you knowso right you’re going to have that to deal with and we need Warner and that’syeah but you know there’s nothing wrong with even asking saying going to the board of Finance they’re going to say nobut going to the board of Finance with that we need $20,000 with a tree removalurgently we need $115,000 worth of fencing for asafety issue we need another maybe three grand to do thestairs and a handrail at Warner well hopefully might get the ant aquarium Society to doit yeah yeah but if not I don’t think they will I think they’ll say we’re not going to do tours more than saying we’regoing to pay for stone Mark I mean they have thefunding so I don’t know that they’re any better off none of them they were whenwell they’ve got the Endowment for the house yeah but they lost we can’t spend somebody else’s money just we think theyhave it no well you know even if we don’t getthe money this year at least we get this on their R that’s what I means so I wecan present this as and we’ll justkeep asking they started setting time sh forbu I haven’t heard any me theyI think the last time we did it we were the last were the lastones that time deal with any money notlike um I think that’s it for this one motion toadjourn a secondsecond did was there something else Carl no I’m just wonderingum do we have a list of things that we’re going to be working on between this meeting and the nextmeeting no um I do you gave me a whole bucket load okay can you get cplethings need I’ll do the minutes and I’ll s them out in a day or two and it’ll bein the minutes right that’s good I’d just rather that than get them the day before find warm send them out ear sendthem try and get a hold of Scott zon one of us yeah you know cuz I do seehim between maybe between one of us I do remember him saying though like you know in the whole thing cuz like he said youknow we were the kids so we at this point laborers just give it to us yeah and um but I hesaid you know I think I was say that they did for you know we did we did all the cemeteriesand you know just like I said maybe it was that they didn’t get paid so youdon’t you don’t like here here’s my whatever ready go for the next yearwhen I’ll give it to you anyway I’m not getting paid you know I did it I don’t know too many people that do thatso they just dropped it from the budget them all once all those in favora journey say hi hi hi hi thank you okay thank yougentlemen well I was trying to find them but there’s no uh WiFi
